**Responsibilities**:

- Control project plans, tasks, and timelines using project management tools like Jira.
- Communicate with customers on both technical and task levels, ensuring clear understanding and alignment on project requirements and deliverables.
- Ensure tasks are executed on time and following all project requirements and client expectations.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and providing guidance to clients as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and deliver high-quality solutions to clients.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records, including project plans, task assignments, and client communications.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in project coordination or similar roles, preferably in a technical or software development environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Expert level proficiency and familiarity with project management tools, as well as mastery of Jira.
- Average SQL knowledge is required.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
