Participant Coordinator

We're currently looking to fill a new **Participant Coordinator** opening.

This is a **temporary role **(between 3 and 6 months/until the project ends.)

This is for a user experience study that will take place remotely, whereby data will be collected to simulate interactions for different voice assistant products.

**Responsibilities**:

Treat participants with the utmost level of care and professionalism
- Check participants in and out through booking software
- Confirm that participant information is logged correctly
- Guide participants from project inception to signature, while distilling the purpose of the study
- Support the PM in charge
- Assign tasks to external collaborators
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date information through transparent and clear communication
- Facilitate project changes for scheduling and resource planning
- File study documentation when appropriate
- Provide ongoing support and information to participants
- Availability to work during usual office hours (between 9 AM and 6 PM - CDT), and extra hours if needed as per job considerations.
- Be legally allowed to work in the corresponding country.
- Advanced level of English
- Strong communication skills
- Be a quick thinker with problem solving skills
- Time management and team management skills
- Experience working with customer support is an added advantage
