Junior HR Analyst

As Junior HR Analyst you will be part of the Colombian HR department, contribuiting mainly with recruitment and also with other duties related to talent management.
The Junior HR analyst acts as point of contact for HR related issues within the Bogota office, being the secondary executor of the whole recruitment process cycle fulfilling the organization needs with efficiency and quality.
This role would be also able to support the documentation process for new employees, keeping all HR documentation updated and complying with the health and security program year plan along with the front office area.
**Tasks**:
- Setting up the job descriptions, reviewing talent needs, and following the recruitment standard process.
- Analyze psychological tests when necessary.
- Supervise that all the documentation provided during the hiring process is accurate and store in a proper manner along with the HR intern or Human Resources Assistant.
- Support the process of the entrance medical exam as well as discharge examen if requested.
- Always makes sure that the employees are fairly treated.
- Carry out initiatives oriented to deliver the following annual process: Annual medical assessment, employee survey, well-being activities, salary review process, risk assessments
- Supports all the efforts oriented to the well-being of our employees by being an example and a positive influencer of our culture and values
**Requirements**:
- **6 months experience** working in recruitment of personnel, massive recruitment desirable.
- **Live in Bogotá, Colombia.**:
- **B2/C1 English level**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in **English & Spanish**:
- **Bachelor’s degree** in administrative careers, Psychology or related.
