We are hiring the best talent for **People Operations (HR) Senior Analyst **to be located in Bogotá, Colombia.
**Purpose**:
This role performs tasks related to analysis, execution, and support of local HR Work force Management transactional service delivery within the shared services center. Maintain the utmost confidentiality in dealing with employee records and business information. This role works independently and assists in the analysis and administration of various employee benefit plans. Supports the planning, design, implementation, and administration of cost-effective employee benefit programs consistent with company objectives. Ensures that deliverables meet or exceed individual objectives, adhere to HR Global Service Center goals, and align with service center strategies. Supports the broader HR service delivery model with a focus on customer service and assures alignment with external specialist groups, local HR Operations, BU HR, and other partners.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Manage, monitor, handle and raise to supervisors and managers HR requests assuring compliance, accuracy and completeness of employee data and records.
- Support major projects such as acquisitions, divestitures, or restructuring.
- Prepare the documentation required for each termination required by the business, as well as the verification of all the variables that directly impact the process of a termination. (voluntary and involuntary)
- Participate in the logistics planning meetings of all the planning process, and then align the necessary details with the payroll.
- Uses data to monitor trends and recommend educational initiatives, benefit plan changes, vendor changes and cost sharing
- Compiles and presents supporting documentation and detailed analysis for benefits recommendations.
- Disseminates knowledge of local government regulations, benefits program trends and prevailing practices among similar organizations.
- Analyzes participation and utilization rates for all benefits on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Support the development and implementation of local employee experience initiatives.
- Develop and implement employee experience initiatives in areas such as benefits, and in moments of truth where the employee interacts with the HUB
- Carry out analyzes where the impact of employee experience initiatives is measured by means of indicators, in order to optimize strategies
- Assist in the review of metrics to drive performance, identify trends, propose and implement process improvements and increase efficacy. Raise issues and recommended resolutions to management as appropriate.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, accounting, Operations, Finance, Legal Studies, or related business fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in similar roles.
- English level (Upper Intermediate - Advanced) required.
- HR system knowledge is highly desirable (Workday, salesforce, similars)
- Previous experience in HR processing (benefits strongly preferred; EDM, compensation, or recruiting administration also considered), preferably for a large multi-state company as an analyst or coordinator.
- Demonstrate an understanding of Human Resources processes, procedures, controls, regulations, and compliance requirements.

- Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills required. You should have attentions to details.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in order to communicate with customers, peers, and vendors.
- A sense of urgency in solving customer requests to ensure timely resolution, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality and sensitivity to compliance-related matters.
- Able to process complex information and identify solutions that meet both internal and business partner requirements.
- Proficient interpersonal skills and the ability to successfully collaborate with internal partners and colleagues to contribute ideas, see opportunities, and contribute to positive outcomes.
