We are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative and proactive **Acquisition Growth Analyst** You’ll need to be a quick thinker, have a strategic and creative mind and the necessary leadership skills to build a strong team.

Rappi is growing at a tremendous rate and this position is crucial in our pursuit of a game-changing experience for our users and partners.

As Growth Analyst, you'll be supporting the Acquisition team by providing data-analysis on CAC Deals, will be improving communication and campaign creation process and finally, making sure the Local Teams are executing the deals according to Area Playbook.

**What you'll do**:

- Create the CAC Deals campaigns and improve the flow to reduce mistakes and wastes in the process.
- Design a flow with the branding team so CAC Deals campaign are allignes across all countries with Rappi Communication Strategy.
- Work as a Project Manager to keep track of results and improve KPIs of Rappi Teams Deals across all countries.
- Analyze and implement strategies to improve CAC Deals KPIs as Cost os Acquisition, quantity of acquired New Users, Dollar and User Retention.
- Work with Growth and Strategic Partnerships Teams to scale CAC Deals to relevant partnerships.
