Employment type: Indefinite term type contract
- Shift: Mon - Fri 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM
- Work setup: Onsite in Bogota and Medellin**Salary**: 3,000,000 to 5,000,000 COP

**Ignite Your Skills: Requirements for Success in Data Analysis**
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as statistics, mathematics, computer science, data analytics, or a related discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in a data analysis role.
- Upper-intermediate and above level of English proficiency, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Experience with Tableau or other similar tools for building dashboards and reports.
- 1+ year of work experience with ETL, data modeling, and business intelligence big data architectures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an aggressive attention to detail.
- Passion for technology - seeking individuals eager to leverage existing skills and pursue new solutions.
- Expertise in data visualization tools.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional and cross-continent environment.
- Tech Stack: Tableau, Power BI, or other tools for communicating insights.

- Turn data into information, generate analytical insights, and drive business outcomes.
- Work with business stakeholders to identify how to measure the state of their objectives and analyze the results.
- Drive change within our technology to capture the right data as our company evolves.
- Enable self-service and create effective visualizations to build a data-driven culture.
- Act as a data liaison between business leaders and partner with data producers/consumers to ensure assumptions are met.
- Translate business needs into product requirements to track key metrics.
- Ensure derived data fields are correctly computed and uploaded.
- Develop dashboards and reports to enable all levels of business users to gain actionable insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Build data sets for self-service data exploration and analytics.
- Collaborate with product and engineering to identify high-impact data products with the highest risk of inaccuracy.
- Perform data analysis to assess the impact and deliver insights on changes to our business processes.
