**Financial and Business Intelligence Manager (F&BI Manager)**

**Location: El Poblado, Medellin - Colombia**

**Overview**:ttg Talent Solutions, an international recruitment and consulting firm, seeks a Financial and Business Intelligence Manager. This role is pivotal in analyzing financial and operational data, aiding in budget development, and supporting strategic decision-making. The F&BI Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing our data-driven approach, vital for our expansion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement and manage Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation.
- Lead the annual and interim budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Support the Managing Partner with regular and ad hoc reporting on operational performance and industry benchmarks.
- Analyze data from various sources to identify trends and variances, enhancing business performance.
- Provide strategic analysis for business growth, efficiency, and resource utilization.
- Understand and advocate for key financial and operational KPIs across the organization.
- Promote automation and best practices within the Finance department.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve data quality and reporting accuracy.
- Support the Accounting department in the monthly close process.
- Manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
- Minimum 5 years of Experience in reporting and data visualization.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
- Innovative mindset with a passion for continuous learning.
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Steady career path.
- Experience in operational roles with Big-4 companies or in corporate

finance/accounting.
- Second-to-none MS Excel skills
- Proactive and high-energy individual capable of working efficiently under mínimal

supervision.
- Competent in analyzing activities in both Colombia and the USA, understanding

regional differences.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
