As part of our Shared Services group, comprised of Finance, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Commercial, Legal and Facilities, we support the business achieve their goals through a range of strong technical capabilities. We ensure delivery of services through the skills of our people, methodologies, and systems.

Requirements of the Role
- Strong oral and written communications skills (**both English and Spanish**).
- A college diploma or university degree in the field of marketing or communications with digital administration experience.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Strong computer skills, proficient with office and other business software and tools to develop and communicate content
- Strong knowledge of **Microsoft SharePoint**.
- Technical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to rapidly master new software technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet all deadlines.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a global team environment.
- Professional and friendly attitude with excellent customer service skills.
