Marketing Specialist. You will play a pivotal role in boosting our online visibility,

driving engagement, and growing our brand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Forge and nurture partnerships with local businesses, chambers of

commerce, and organizations to enhance brand recognition and drive website

traffic.
- Proactively build relationships to amplify our brand within the community and

drive engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to devise and execute strategies

for effective link building, local outreach, and SEO enhancement.
- Track and analyze partnership initiatives and digital marketing campaigns,

providing insightful reports to the team.
- Stay updated on industry trends and local events to identify partnership

opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
- Engage with local communities and manage content on our local office

websites, Google Business Profile, and social media channels.
- Create content to promote the brand across social media, Google Profiles,

and third-party websites.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in SEO, including link building, is a big plus.
- Proven track record in engaging with local communities and managing

content on local office websites, Google Business Profile, and social media.
- Strong content development skills to promote the brand across various online

platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.
