Position Overview / Purpose:
The Digital Marketing Specilist reports to the Digital Experience Marketing Manager and will work closely with members of LATAM and country marketing teams, colleagues at corporate headquarters and digital markting teams from other regions to directly support the regional business objectives and priorities.

These mentioned assets need constant update with brand, product and device information in a timely manner according to marketing campaigns, product launches and regulatory approvals for Latin America and Brazil.

**Accountability 1**:Website Development and Management**:

- Develop and maintain microsites and websites to ensure they align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites.
- Implement content updates, including text, images, videos, and interactive elements, using content management systems (CMS).
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure website functionality, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Monitor and address website performance issues, such as loading speed, broken links, and error messages.
- Stay updated on the latest web development trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.

**Accountability 2: Digital Marketing Strategy**
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for microsites and websites, aligned with overall marketing goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences, trends, and opportunities.
- Ensure deliverables from digital agencies, involving, but not limited to: optimizing website content and structure for search engine optimization (SEO) to drive organic traffic, utilizing digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads and social media advertising, to generate leads, enhance online visibility and drive targeted traffic, analyzing data from web analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations.

**Accountability 3: Campaign execution**

***Collaborate with marketing teams to understand campaign goals, target audience, and messaging.
- Develop the digital component of the campaign regarding timelines, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with overall marketing objectives.
- Develop strategies to integrate campaign messaging and assets into microsites and websites.
- Ensure seamless user journeys from campaign touchpoints to microsites or targeted landing pages.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including digital agencies, to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Coordinate with digital agencies to create campaign-specific landing pages and interactive elements.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track digital campaign success.
- Plan and execute with the digital agencies digital advertising campaigns to promote microsites and campaign-specific landing pages.

**Accountability 4: DTC Support**:

- Lead generation process in CLASA is based on online forms connected to SalesForce via Marketo that supplies Concierge teams with New Leads Queue and Marketing Qualified Leads Queue for follow up and hearing journey travelling towards surgery.
- This mentioned process is based in CLASAs funnel and lead qualification process tailored to the market needs.
- Digital Marketing Specialist and Digital agencies are the key actors for the deliverables of this accountability.
- Metrics such as total leads, organic leads and qualified leads are the main KPIs for this accountability.

Team Role (Individual Contributor):

- Take responsibility of the role and individual tasks.
- Support the DX and Marketing team to reach a common goal.
- Work closely with global, regional and local Marketing and DX teams.
- Work safely, complying with all safety procedures, rules and instructions; and reporting workplace hazards, incidents or injuries to manager
- Follow relevant quality procedures in order to deliver quality products and services and identify and support the implementation of continuous improvement.
- Contribute ideas on systems and process methods to improve deliverables

**Key Incumbent requirements**:
Minimum:

- Educational Background:

- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
- Digital Marketing Expertise:

- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on managing microsites and websites.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in utilizing digital marketing tools and platforms, including content management systems (CMS) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
