**Job Opportunity**:Digital Marketing Specialist with Shopify Expertise

**Location**: Medellin, Colombia

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Shopify Platform Management**:

- Interface with production and subscription apps (20 different apps).
- Research, obtain pricing estimates for new apps, and maintain existing ones.
- Tag and organize 500 - 1000 orders per month.
- Upload products, including shipping classification and descriptions.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Generate and analyze reports such as Backorders, Hot List, and Custom Accounts.
- **Digital Marketing**:

- Manage social media ads in collaboration with the Social Media Manager.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service and manage custom orders.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Manage company calendar timelines.

**Qualifications**:

- **Language Skills**:

- Excellent English proficiency.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proven experience with the Shopify platform.
- Ability to interface with and manage various production and subscription apps.
- **Organizational Skills**:

- Strong ability to organize and manage a high volume of orders.
- Competent in running detailed reports and analyzing data.
- **Marketing Skills**:

- Experience in managing social media ads and collaborating with social media teams.
- **Customer Service**:

- Strong customer service skills, particularly in handling custom orders.
