**We're looking for a talented Media Client Services Manager. **You will be based in Medellin but supporting the North America media market, you will work closely with the Media planner team, the retailer, Data Analysts and 3rd party suppliers to set up the right process for the delivery of all media channels (on and off), making sure we have the right way to avoid mistakes and follow our agreed Service Level Agreement, while leading our Campaign manager team in the Media Client services. You will also be responsible for some process and delivery as we set up and grow the team, supporting our team in the process of improving our process and team

**What we expect from you**
- Fluent English
- Mandatory
- Experience in Media operations
- Experience in Media Agencies - Not mandatory
- Experience engaging with stakeholders of different levels at prospective clients
- Digital and offline media delivery experience
