**Location**: Remote (with monthly meetings in Medellin)

**Specific Requirements**:

- Proven experience in using Ad Manager across various social media platforms and traditional outlets.
- An exceptional eye for brand management and the ability to maintain brand consistency across all platforms.

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- Base Salary: $3,000,000 monthly
- Performance-Related Pay: Up to 100% of your base salary, based on individual and team performance
- Total Compensation Package: Up to $6,000,000 per month
- 20 days of paid holiday

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work UK hours to accommodate the client's location in the UK.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics.
- Ability to create compelling and shareable content.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to meet business goals.
- Manage and maintain all social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages from the online community.
- Analyze social media metrics and develop reports for management.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and platforms to ensure effective campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to in the UK to integrate social media strategies with overall marketing efforts.

**Salary**: $3,000,000 - $6,000,000 per month
