**Job Summary**

Our client is looking for a Media Manager to support their Post-Production team. The Media Manager will be responsible for data entry, media file management, and project organization for various post-production processes. A strong Media Manager is highly organized, has strong attention to detail, and a good written communicator.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Downloading sessions and uploading to appropriate folders
- Uploading final videos to Vimeo and checking titles, playing top and bottom, updating passwords, etc
- Jira data entry
- Asana data entry
- Create and correct transcriptions and closed captions; excellent spelling and grammar knowledge is required.
- Helping put together agendas for weekly Post-Production team meetings
- Assisting with project management and research tasks as needed
- Performing general administrative tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- Experience in project coordination/management required
- Production/post-production a plus
- English Proficiency in Writing and Speaking.
- Willingness to learn new tools and processes.
- Good communication and attention to detail.
- Teamwork experience.

**Desired Skills**
- Project Management Experience.
