**Your role**:
As a Partner Support Agent, you will join our quickly growing team. As the public face of Gooten, our agents are responsible for building and maintaining trust with our partners and manufacturers by providing thorough promp replies, keeping up to date on our product offerings and new tech integrations, ensuring our manufacturers meet their commitments, and treating each partner with exceptional care and empathy.
**How you'll power eCommerce**:
- Lead with empathy and be a representative voice for Gooten's Partners
- Resolve product or service-related inquiries by getting to the root cause of the issue
- Troubleshoot website and technology issues on behalf of our users and internal teams
- Educate our users, and provide continuous, actionable feedback to other Gooten teams
- Work cross-departmentally and cross-functionally to effectively solve issues reported by Gooten's partners
- Master all partner/team facing platforms and use them according to the guidelines
- Actively participate in group brainstorming sessions
**You should have**:
- 1+ years of previous experience in a support role or service industry is preferred, but not required
- Advanced written and oral English skills (C1)
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to make complicated things seem easy
- Reliable internet connection
- Ability to take ownership of challenging scenarios and find unique solutions
- Effective organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work remotely across teams
- A performance-driven, getting-things-done mindset, motivated by results and growth
**PLEASE NOTE**: _This role requires availability to work 8-hour weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday shifts are permanent, whichever 2 workdays can be your days off instead) and availability to work rotating 1-week shifts (8 am - 4 pm, 11 am -7 pm)._
