Agente Bilingue: Customer Service and Retention

At **StaffingAbroad** we are looking for our next **Customer Service and retentions agent**. In this position your primary functions will be supporting the clients with the different inquiries that they may have and convince them to keep using the company's services.
**Responsibilities**:
- Receive and make calls to talk with clients and support their needs finding the best solutions according with the company's giuidelines.
- Provide information about the different programs that the company offers.
- Engage with customers intending to cancel their services, using persuasive communication skills to understand their concerns and offer solutions to retain their business.
- Perform any other duty requested by the company.
**Requirements**:
- High School Diploma
- C1 English level **is a must**:
- 1+ experience in BPO industry as Customer Service Representative or Retentions Agent **is a must**:
- Financial experience **is a plus.**
