**The Role**

We are seeking a **Tech Recruitment Manager**to lead our Bogotá-based tech recruiting team. You'll manage a team of **6-8 recruiters**focused on hiring world-class software engineers, product managers, data scientists, and other technical talent across the U.S. and Latin America.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you will coach and scale a team, partner closely with engineering leadership, and help define recruiting strategies that drive our growth.

**What You'll Do**
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 6-8 tech recruiters in Bogotá.
- Partner with engineering and product leaders to deeply understand hiring needs and define recruiting strategies.
- Build scalable processes for sourcing, interviewing, and closing technical talent.
- Act as a culture carrier for the team—fostering collaboration, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-changing startup environment.
- Report on progress, pipeline health, and market insights to leadership.
- Stay close to the tech recruiting craft: while direct software engineering hiring experience is a plus, what matters most is your ability to coach, problem-solve, and drive results.

**What We're Looking For**
- **Leadership experience**: Proven track record managing a recruiting team (preferably in technology/engineering domains).
- **Growth mindset**: Excited to work in a startup environment; comfortable with ambiguity and frequent change.
- **Recruiting expertise**: Strong understanding of recruiting best practices; experience hiring software engineers is a plus, but not a dealbreaker.
- **People leader**: Skilled at coaching, motivating, and developing recruiting talent. **Execution-focused**: Data-driven, organized, and able to prioritize effectively.
- **Communication skills**: Strong English and Spanish; able to influence stakeholders at all levels.

That's why all of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week.
