Talent Acquisition AI Project Manager (contrato temporal) Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic and process-oriented Functional Project Manager to join our Talent Acquisition Operations team. This is a full-time temporary contract opportunity based in the Latin America (LATAM) region. In this role, you will spearhead the global implementation of AI/ATS technology, bridging the gap between technical configuration in Workday and the practical realities of the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) Lead Strategic AI Implementation: oversee the end-to-end launch of the Artificial Intelligence solution, defining how the AI will overlay and interact with Workday and translate complex Talent Acquisition business requirements into a seamless user experience. Optimize End-to-End Recruiting Processes: utilize your deep functional knowledge of recruiting to map current workflows, identify friction points, and design future‑state processes that leverage automation and reduce administrative burden. Drive Agile Project Execution: create and manage dynamic project plans using Agile, Lean, or Design Thinking methodologies, monitor timelines, proactively track and resolve risks, and maintain detailed documentation of key milestones. Champion Change & Stakeholder Alignment: drive enablement and change management strategies, partner with cross‑functional stakeholders (HR Tech, HR Service Delivery, TA Leadership, Finance, Procurement, Legal) to influence decision‑making and manage the transition from implementation to post‑launch support. What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications) 5+ years of project management experience, including large-scale recruiting technology implementations on a global scale. Strong functional knowledge of Workday and the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle. Proven ability to apply Agile, Lean, or Design Thinking methodologies to HR process optimization. Demonstrated success in stakeholder management and influencing outcomes in complex, cross‑functional global environments.
