About the Role

As a Tech Manager, you’ll work closely with our client’s management team, leveraging your technical expertise and leadership skills to drive performance improvements, build trust, and shape effective teams. You’ll play a pivotal role in understanding client needs, providing technical solutions, and improving team processes, all while navigating ambiguity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build relationships and trust with the client’s management team around technology and team performance.
- Translate client feedback into actionable improvement plans to ensure the success of tech initiatives.
- Collaborate with recruitment and casting teams to identify and secure the right talent for open positions.
- Manage projects and processes within technical domains such as Data Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Security, and Databases (SQL Server).
- Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, simplifying complex technical aspects when needed.
- Provide leadership in dealing with ambiguity, ensuring clarity and direction for both clients and teams.
