Responsabilidades Aplicar pagos a las cuentas de los clientes oportunamente Asegurar que el dinero recibido se registre dentro de los dos días hábiles Identificar pagos en exceso/reembolsos y notificar al equipo de cobranzas Conciliar y balancear los lotes de pagos diariamente Investigar pagos no aplicados o no identificados Preparar y registrar ajustes con las aprobaciones correspondientes Informar al gerente sobre inquietudes o discrepancias detectadas Requisitos Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en un rol similar Manejo avanzado de Microsoft Office Experiencia con Sage (requisito indispensable) Persona organizada, detallista y con capacidad de manejar múltiples tareas Dominio del inglés (requisito indispensable) ¿Por qué unirte a nosotros?
