**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Develop and Implement Processes**: Create and manage efficient processes for inventory management and reordering using NetSuite.
- ** Product Launch Management**: Assist in managing timelines for product launches to ensure timely and smooth execution.
- ** Optimize Freight Costs**: Work on strategies to optimize freight costs between China, the US, and international fulfillment houses.
- ** Supplier Communication**: Maintain strong communication with existing suppliers to manage production, shipping, and quality.
- ** Cost-Saving Initiatives**: Recommend and assist in implementing cost-saving initiatives related to production, logistics, and product design.
- ** New Product Input**: Participate in providing input and recommendations on new product developments.
- ** Purchase Order Management**: Create and manage purchase orders while keeping the team updated on SKU shipment status.
- ** Inventory Reporting**: Maintain and distribute weekly inventory reports, including stock levels and open purchase orders.
- ** Product Database Maintenance**: Regularly update and maintain the product database to ensure accurate and current information.
- ** Other Duties**: Perform all additional tasks as instructed by the head of the department.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or inventory management is a plus.
