**Job Overview**

The Language Specialist - English Native Speaker will be responsible for ensuring the clarity, accuracy, and professionalism of all internal and external communications in English. This role is critical in maintaining our brand voice, reducing miscommunication with U.S.based clients and patients, and supporting cross-functional teams in delivering a high standard of service.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Edit and proofread patient communications, internal documentation, sales scripts, and training materials for grammatical accuracy, tone, and clarity.
- Translate materials from Spanish to English when needed, ensuring cultural and contextual accuracy.
- Collaborate with Sales, Collections, Authorizations, and Customer Support teams to refine communication strategies.
- Support training and onboarding by reviewing or developing English-language content for team use.
- Ensure all communications adhere to Blackstone’s standards for tone, professionalism, and customer service excellence.

**Required Qualifications**
- Native English speaker or C1+ level proficiency with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong editing and proofreading ability, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to understand and convey technical or medical concepts clearly and accurately.
- High level of initiative, autonomy, and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple departments.
- Availability to work on-site in Sabaneta, Medellín.
