About Us: ttg Talent Solutions is a leading recruitment organization that connects top talent with our clients using innovative technology and strategic partnerships. We specialize in human resources and talent acquisition, and this role does not involve sales.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct interviews in-person or via phone.
**Qualifications**:
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in legal, sales, or a related field.
- Preferred experience of at least one (1) year in recruiting, specifically within the legal industry.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- High-energy and passionate about talent acquisition.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed quotas.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
