**DESCRIPTION**:

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**:
- Conducting KPI analysis and leveraging data to assess training needs and identify development opportunities for individuals and teams.
- Designing and implementing customized learning solutions and leadership development programs, utilizing your expertise in instructional design.
- Serving as a performance coach, providing guidance and support to individuals and leaders in their professional growth journey.
- Continuously recruiting and onboarding talented individuals to strengthen our team and enhance our capabilities.
- Facilitating impactful training sessions and workshops, utilizing your strong facilitation skills to engage and inspire learners.
- Evaluating program effectiveness through KPI analysis, measuring the impact of learning initiatives, and making data-driven improvement recommendations.
- Maintaining a continuous focus on recruitment efforts to attract top talent and ensure a diverse and high-performing team.
- Tracking progress, measuring success, and reporting on talent learning and leadership initiatives to stakeholders.
- Assist the Director of Operations Manager
**SKILLS**:
- Instructional Design: Demonstrated expertise in designing and developing engaging and effective learning materials and programs to meet the organization's talent development needs.
- Performance Coaching: Ability to provide guidance, support, and coaching to individuals and leaders, fostering their professional growth and enhancing their performance.
- Analytics: Proficiency in analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilizing data-driven insights to assess program effectiveness, measure impact, and make data-informed decisions.
- Facilitation Skills: Strong facilitation skills to lead training sessions and workshops, creating an interactive and impactful learning environment for participants.
- Strong knowledge and background in talent management, leadership development, and performance coaching.
- Business Acumen: A strong understanding of business principles, industry trends, and organizational dynamics to align talent development initiatives with the overall strategic goals of the company.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulousness and precision in reviewing, organizing, and analyzing information, as well as ensuring accuracy in all aspects of program design, documentation, and reporting.
- Proactive and self-motivated mindset, with the ability to work team player and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to evaluate program effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and drive results.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
- Proven Experience in recruitment operations.
- Fluent **English** knowledge. Able to read, write, but specially talk and understand in English.
