**Recruiter Operation Manager**

**El Poblado, Medellin.**

**DESCRIPTION**:
The

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**:

- Assist the Director of Operations Manager
- Training new recruiters on the recruiting process and best practices
- Analyze KPIs to ensure recruitment goals are being met.
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruiters.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics.
- Develop processes and procedures to improve recruitment operations.
- Oversee the implementation of operational processes, ensuring that they are efficient and effective.
- Identify areas of improvement and collaborate with the recruitment team to assess and address any issues.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve recruitment results.
- Monitor recruitment campaigns and provide feedback and insights to the team.
- Utilize reporting and analytics to measure team performance and identify areas of improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment sources.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- **Fluent English knowledge. **Able to read, write, but specially talk and understand in English.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment operations.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and data-driven recruitment.
- Computer Savvy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
