Global Cable & Wire is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Logistics Coordinator** to support our growing distribution network. This role plays a key part in ensuring that our wire and cable products are delivered on time, accurately, and efficiently to our clients across North America.

You’ll be responsible for coordinating shipments, preparing delivery quotations, and working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth logistics operations. If you’re organized, fast-thinking, and passionate about operational excellence, we’d love to hear from you.
- Position: Full-time.
- Location: Remote.
- Salary: USD (Negotiable).
- Experience: +3 years.
- English required: B2 or higher.
- ENGLISH CURRICULUM IT'S A MUST.

**What You'll Do**:

- Coordinate and schedule domestic and international shipments.
- Prepare and provide **quotations for delivery and freight** to support the sales and operations teams.
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve delays or issues proactively.
- Communicate with suppliers, freight companies, and internal departments to align shipping timelines and inventory needs.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and vendor details.
- Support warehouse operations with logistics planning when necessary.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in shipping procedures and cost-efficiency.
- Contribute to cross-functional collaboration between sales, operations, and procurement.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- At least **2 years of experience in logistics, shipping coordination, or supply chain operations**, preferably in a distribution or industrial environment.
- Experience preparing freight/delivery quotations or working with transport vendors.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with logistics tools, ERP systems, or shipment tracking platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

**Nice to Have (Not Required)**:

- Experience in the **wire, cable, or electrical components industry**.
- Management or supervisory skills — a **plus** for future leadership opportunities.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong asset.
