**Key Responsibilities**:
- IT internal support (Users creation and access, computers installation)
- Provide day-to-day technical support to employees for computer systems software and hardware. Relying on experience and established procedures to analyze and resolve technical support incidents and problems.
- Maintain passwords, data integrity and file system security for the desktop environment
- Help develop company-wide best practices for IT security and privacy
- Group Policies Distribution and management using JumpCloud
- Support instances in our cloud infrastructure in alignment with the DevOps
- Provide exceptional customer service to all our internal and external customers by being courteous, polite, and friendly toward all those we serve.
- Efficiently categorize, prioritize and diagnose incidents and service requests
- Keep the inventory of hardware and software up to date.
**Requirements**:
- Strong administrative experience with Windows and MacOS
- Experience with the Azure technology stack/Azure DevOps & AWS
- O365 Admin experience
- Fluent written and spoken English is required
- Team spirit: strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
- Excellent customer experience, communication, and collaboration skills
- Strong detail orientation and organizational skills
