Assist in troubleshooting and vulnerability remediation. **What do we look for in you?** - Fluency in** English and Spanish**, both verbal and written. - Experience in Windows OS installation and support. - Knowledge of Mac OS and Linux operating systems. - Familiarity with management tools such as ITIL. - Passion for teamwork and problem solving.
