About the Role
We’re hiring a Media Analyst to join a high-performing media team supporting top-tier e-commerce and lead generation clients. You’ll act as the technical owner of campaign measurement and reporting — ensuring accurate, real-time data flows that empower our Media Buyers to optimize performance confidently.
What You’ll Do
Ad Operations & Measurement Implementation
- Serve as the internal expert for paid media measurement setup — with hands-on experience implementing full-funnel tracking for Shopify and high-volume e-commerce clients.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Conversion API (cAPI) and Server-to-Server (S2S) connections across major media platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat).
- Implement and manage integrations with Measurement Partner tools (TripleWhale, NorthBeam, Recast, etc.) to ensure accurate and consistent reporting.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and resolve tracking discrepancies independently.
Data Ingestion & Pipeline Management
- Own end-to-end ingestion, cleansing, and transformation of paid media data using ETL tools such as Funnel.
- Ensure data consistency and taxonomy alignment across all channels feeding into our warehouse (BigQuery).
- Monitor and maintain pipeline accuracy, proactively identifying and solving data flow issues.
Data Visualization & Reporting
- Design and maintain internal dashboards and reports in Looker Studio (or similar) to track media performance and efficiency.
- Partner with media buyers to interpret data, translate insights into actionable recommendations, and improve optimization strategies.
- Contribute to building scalable reporting frameworks for campaign analysis and forecasting.
**Requirements**:
- 2-4+ years of hands-on experience in Ad Operations, Media Analytics, or Performance Marketing
- Excellent English communication skills and ability or experience to work with clients in the US market, familiarity with US-media clients is a plus
- Proven experience implementing and troubleshooting e-commerce tracking (pixels, S2S, cAPI, GTM) within the Shopify ecosystem
- Deep understanding of data layer structures, event parameters, and conversion attribution models
- Working knowledge of data ingestion tools such as Funnel or similar ETL platforms
- Familiarity with SQL or database concepts, particularly in environments like BigQuery
- Proficiency with Looker Studio or comparable BI tools for dashboard creation and maintenance
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive — with a bias for problem-solving and ownership
- Eagerness to grow into a Media Buying and Optimization role
