As a **Marketing Specialist**, you will play a key role in executing marketing campaigns, managing digital marketing initiatives, and supporting the overall marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:

- **Market Research**: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- **Content Marketing**: Create and oversee the production of high-quality content, including blog posts, white papers, case studies, and infographics.
- **Social Media Management**: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across all social platforms.
- **Digital Marketing**:Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, SEO, and display advertising.
- ** Performance Analysis**: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve ROI.

**Minimum requirements**:

- **Studies**:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in marketing or a related role; experience with digital marketing is a plus.
- **Knowledge**: Proficiency with **CRM systems** such as HubSpot or similar.
- **Language**: Excellent English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred.

**Perks**:

- **Schedule**:Monday to Friday,** 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **following the American Calendar.
- **Contract**: Indefinite term contract.
- **Location**: Only for Colombia. This position will be remote or Hybrid in Medellín
- **Salary**: $3.000.000 with performance bonus in USD.
