**Business Overview**:
TTS Regional Processing Center is a key unit within the Global TTS Operations, with servicing responsibilities for a group of several cash products supporting several LATAM countries.

Global Cash Operations offers world class cash services in over 70 markets around the globe.

The Tampa-based organization supports LATAM clients as initiators of transactions to counterparties in other global regions, as well as completing transactions to our clients that emanate from Citigroup branches or foreign banks in other regions.

The organization provides our corporate and FI clients with transaction preparation, processing and customer service. In striving to achieve high quality delivery the organization works closely with business partners and internal servicers (e.g., e-Serve).

A significant focus on control, customer service and quality is practiced at the transaction and process levels.

The business strategy consider the Core Headquarter Office in Tampa and a parallel site in a different Geographic location within the LATAM Region to maximize the Continuity of the business without disruption to cover in a strong and better manner the Customer needs and a better response in a daily bases and in any Contingency situation, we have a parallel Hot site based in Citibank Colombia (Bogota), this team is performing different processing activities for the countries that the CASH CSC LATAM provide service.

This role is of a Section Manager reporting directly to Cash CSC P&R LATAM Operations Head, this position is responsible for leading and represent the CSC Cash LATAM as extension from Tampa Headquarter in Bogota, working together with a BAU Ops Manager on the ground to cover administrative, staffing, operational, Communication, projects, Initiatives, KPIs, participates in all the meetings/session related to the CSC governance in Bogota and any other local activity required, all key for our strategy and business.

**Responsibilities**:
Provide effective and proactive day to day coordination and communication with the BAU Ops Managers on the ground and the Operations teams to manage and control the Operations, this position is responsible for represent the CSC Cash LATAM as extension of Tampa Headquarter, in Bogota, key responsibilities includes, but not limited to:

- Strong control environment and improved metrics.
- Increased customer satisfaction (both internal and external).
- Reduced errors and increased operating effectiveness.
- Established credibility and strong operations, audit, and front office working relationships.
- Strong partnerships developed with Regional ops, with product, TCS, and global governance.
- Ensure that the process manuals are appropriately updated and sign-offs are in place.
- Understand, troubleshoot, and quickly solution complex queries that can run over multiple platforms
- Proactively identify client issues, and recommend solutions.
- Provide coverage and leadership across all our internal partners, Product, Client coverage, Electronic Banking, Client Delivery, Implementations, Technology and Support areas.
- Facilitate accurate and timely resolution of all system outages engaging with all relevant partners such as Tech, Product and Client Service teams to mitigate client impact.
- Manage, Lead and deliver results on projects / Migrations directed by Cash CSC LATAM Operations Manager Head
- Ensure ownership and delivery of accurate collation and reporting of key MIS/Performance statistics for the unit.
- Timely and accurate delivery of Unit MIS to department Head / Analytics.
- Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly management reports, specialized ad hoc management reporting and communications, special projects etc.
- Identify and implement process improvement. Provide technical guidance and growth. Maintain business relationships. Identify and implement process enhancements.
- Ensure ownership of PVT on release and branch rollout as required working closely with Production Support, Tech and Product partners.
- Conduct periodic reviews with the Processing Partner from an Operational Risk and Efficiency perspective and ensure continuous improvements are made.
- Coordination of regular review of processing procedures and units’ end of day checklists.
- Proactively monitor the work queues of the region and, working with the Processing Partner’s, ensure transactions are processed in line with the SLAs committed to Citi’s customers.
- Local liaison for Internal Audit, Governance and business monitoring.
- Review and validate KPI’s (key performance indicators) on quality and timeliness in accordance with ADRs. In addition, review KPI’s for potential enhancement.
- Review of funds transfer systems against product processor and against general ledgers reconciliations and escalations of any breaks that are material from the $ value and aging perspectives.
- Coordinate Control & Compliance management and deliverables.
- Coordinate and present status of reconci
