**The Role**

FINEX is in our DNA. We are one Global team, specialising in Financial Lines, hardwired to deliver insights and solutions through our local client relationships. We are looking to hire a Head of FINEX for Latin America to work alongside our teams across LATAM and our wider Global team. We offer you the opportunity to manage a key region within our successful Global Line of Business, where you will be working with some of the best market professionals across different countries, developing innovative solutions to help our clients.

The role reports into the Global Head of FINEX and has the FINEX Country Leaders reporting into it. You will also work closely with the various Geography and business leaders in the region.

What will you be responsible for?
- Drive the LATAM Regional FINEX P&L in coordination with regional Leadership and other key stakeholders.
- Implement and support the Global FINEX strategy in the region
- Oversee and develop regional FINEX team and talent in the region
- Oversee regional FINEX marketing efforts
- Maximize P&L opportunities by capturing synergies and efficiencies in the region
- Point of escalation for FINEX business issues in the region.
- Manage FINEX pipeline development and sales opportunities, working with and supporting local regional Leadership
- Work with and support other regional Line of Business Leads, Client Relationship Directors and Broking Leads to drive overall regional business growth and profitability

**The Requirements**
- Relevant industry experience, preferably with professional qualifications,
- Proven track record of delivering new business against challenging sales targets
- Strategic Judgement - understands the external business landscape, analyses and anticipates key factors affecting WTW and clients, and can position WTW appropriately
- Excellent leadership skills, with a proven track record of developing and supporting people
- Strong skills in problem solving, planning and budgeting
- High levels of business and financial acumen with an understanding of company strategy and change management
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence within a matrix environment
- Strong facilitation skills - able to use inclusive and collaborative styles to manage ambiguity and gain agreement
- Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
