We are seeking a talented and experienced Global CRM Marketing Analyst to join our Restaurants CRM team at Rappi.

You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our customer relationship management strategies to drive customer retention, engagement, and loyalty. You will work closely with our marketing, operations, and guest services teams to create personalized and impactful campaigns that resonate with our diverse customer base. Your creativity, analytical skills, and strategic mindset will be instrumental in enhancing our brand's reputation and fostering long-term relationships with our valued restaurant customers.

Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de:
You're excited about this opportunity because you will- Develop and implement CRM strategies to optimize customer retention, engagement, and loyalty.- Utilize CRM software and tools to collect, analyze, and segment customer data for targeted marketing campaigns.- Create and manage customer segmentation strategies based on demographics, behavior, and preferences.-
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all customer touchpoints.- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in CRM and digital marketing.- Serve as a brand ambassador and advocate for the customer experience, ensuring that all communications reflect our values and standards.

Bien y ahora, ¿Cuáles son los requisitos para que yo sea parte de este universo de neón?- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field- Fluent English- Proven 2-3+ years of professional experience in CRM Marketing in a corporate or startup environment, preferably in a marketplace company or in a hospitality or restaurant industry.-
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Basic experience with SQL.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen attention to detail.- Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing principles.- Commitment to excellence and a customer-centric mindset.
