Right now, we are looking for a
**Marketing Analyst** to join our team at Globant

This role is responsible for our digital talent resources to impact company awareness and increase the volume of quality applicants across the organization. It also defines expected results and outlines performance metrics to measure success across all recruiting channels and resources. In addition, he/she collaborates with the broader Talent Acquisition team, the marketing team, and the internal communications team, enabling consistency in terms of defining metrics and processes and achieving KPIs.
- You will get the chance to:_
- Assist in the planning, design and building of data analytics and administration of multiple dashboards and reports.
- Establish standard process, procedure, and governance to; onboard, setup, maintain and track data for reach, engagement, performance and other metrics.
- Analyze audience reach, engagement, and behavior metrics.
- Support diverse stakeholders by generating custom reports according to business needs.
- Identify areas of inefficiency and develop methods for improvement.

- Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing related careers.
- Microsoft Office Suite.
- Salesforce (nice to have).
- Data Studio (nice to have).
- PowerBi (nice to have).
- Advanced English level.
