**Digital Content Manager - CRM **Location: (Marco Colombia)

We are seeking a **Digital Content Manager - CRM** who will be responsible for the CRM strategy, execution, and optimization across our digital and CRM platforms. This role will support and advise sales, marketing, content, design, and digital operations efforts, involving coordination across local and global cross-functional teams.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Manage creation, input, publishing, and optimization of content on CRM own properties in support of technology, digital and ecommerce campaigns
- Collect and analyze campaign data
- Develop new ways to meet marketing and customer needs
- Perform quality assurance checks and escalate and track issues with the global CRM team where required
- Work closely with our legal team and agencies to implement promotional activities through CRM
- Developing marketing campaigns to attract new and returning customers
- Stay up to date on industry-wide digital and ecommerce trends and activities to better inform strategy and objectives

**Basic qualifications**:

- 1-3+ years of experience in technology and CRM software skills (Braze as a plus)
- 1-3+ years working with or managing content and CRM across brand or ecommerce sites
- Analytical and data driven
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of CRM best practices
- Experience coordinating across multiple cross functional teams, including technical/development teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent work experience required
- Experience in developing marketing and sales presentations using PowerPoint

**Desired qualifications**:

- Experience with content management systems
- Experience in the mobile device or electronics industry
- Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Sales Force, Braze, SendGrid etc.)
- Experience with HTML/CSS/Javascript
- Experience with copywriting

Pay: From $8,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bogotá, Distrito Capital, Cundinamarca: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
