Global Talent Operations team is looking for you, an experienced specialist for the Colombian market, who will share our common goal to make the company better by matching the right people with the right opportunities. As a Recruiter, you will perform a strategic role as a staffing consultant and contact point for a hiring manager. You will also act as a Staffing Lead for several teams with full-cycle recruitment responsibilities including preliminary consulting, further recruiting strategy, and its actual implementation.**YOU ARE**:_
A professional having the below-mentioned skills_
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 3+ years of recruiting in executive search firm focused on IT companies
- Ability to learn and adapt to changing business needs
Strongly motivated to manage customer/partner expectations
Intermediate strong English level both in speaking and writing
**YOU WANT TO WORK WITH**:

Tracking all recruitment activity in ATS/Staffing Board (SS system); managing hiring in Workday
- GTO for support and managing 3rd party agency resources as necessary
- Partnering very closely with finance, HRBP, and business leaders to drive recruiting plan
Analyzing the external labor market as per company needs on a permanent basis and proactively responding to it
- Conducting regular follow-up meetings with vacancy requestor to determine the effectiveness of recruiting up-to-date
