Ultimately, the recruiter's responsibilities are to ensure that our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees while creating a strong talent pipeline.
**Requirements**:
- Demonstrable work experience as a recruiter (either as an internal recruiter or as an agency recruiter)
- Good ability to conduct different types of interviews (e.g., structured, competency-based, stress-emphasized, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviews, reference checks, etc.)
- Ability to organize skills assessment centers (e.g., job simulation activities, work samples, psychometric, IQ, and emotional intelligence testing).
- Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good decision making skills.
