The objective of the role is to lead the suite of products used by Restaurant Partners as well as Rappi Sales Team to serve growth investment products. These products are composed of discounts and publicity or Ad investments. The objectives of this role include: i) create a product strategy that covers both user groups (restaurant operators and Rappi Commercial team), ii) lead a team of 2-5 Product and 5-10 tech professionals to materialize the strategy in 12, 6 month and quarterly planning, iii) become the user representative in the product team to build solutions that have both user groups at the center and iv) from the product angle maximize the acquisition and retention of restaurant partners in Rappi Restaurants investment products.

Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de:
What You'll Do?

i) Work closely with restaurants and sales teams to build a first hand needs understanding

ii) Build a lifecycle framework for both user groups to then fit the product strategy on this lifecycle

iii) Build and manage an objective and key results (OKR) framework for the product and tech squads that connect with the input value model at yearly and quarterly timelines

iv) Collaborate with the Marketing team to build and execute the Product Marketing strategy to value and drive product adoption via acquisition and retention across both user groups

v) Help set product practice and culture across RappiAds, the Restaurant vertical and Rappi as a whole

**Required Skills**:

- User Experience Product building including Product Strategy and Product Operation plans
- Track record of built products that created tangible value to both users and the company
- Experience managing senior stakeholders including plan execution and results tracking
- Experience working with SCRUM or in-kind agile methodologies
- Team building track record including hiring and developing talent
- English proficiency, spanish or portuguese proficiency are a plus
- Drive to build large impact products in a fast paced startup environment
