About the Team
Creativity is the soul of advertising. Creative Product Operations Team helps empowering and inspiring advertisers, creators, and other 3rd parties in the ecosystem to create and deliver the best engaging creative experiences to end users.
We are user-oriented and dedicated to technical excellence. We aim to drive and lead technology solutions in the ads tech and creative industry, powering products and driving values for our clients, creators, and the whole ecosystem.
TikTok Creative Exchange (TTCX) is our one-stop shop that enables fast, scalable video production and delivers large volumes of high-performing ad creatives specifically designed for TikTok. The platform gives advertisers instant access to a selection of the industry’s best creative partners that understand how to succeed on TikTok, provide end-to-end support from concept creation to video production and facilitate efficient collaboration at scale.
The Creative Product Operations Team is looking for an experienced Creative Product Operations Manager in LATAM who will work closely with the Product Marketing Manager and Partner Managers to drive creative TTCX and other creative products adoption and scale paid media investments. The Creative Product Operations Manager will also provide consultative engagements with brands, agencies and partners to produce enhanced creator programs through our suite of products and services.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work with TikTok's Global Business Solutions throughout advertisers' media journey and proactively provide creative production support through a variety of TikTok creative solutions
- Drive creative products adoption and revenue growth
- Design go-to-market strategy and management of TikTok Creative solutions
- Provide inputs for product strategy
- Capture and curate Advertiser/Client market feedback
- Develop creative insights, best practices and drive market education at scale
- Advertiser facing meetings, workshops, trainings
- Educate and support brands, agencies and partners on best practices for working with content creators on TikTok
- Partner onboarding and business development according to creative demands
- Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective strategies
- Represent TikTok in external meetings with executives from other companies while displaying the highest personal integrity and ethics

- 3 to 5 years of work experience in product operations role, or other - Client-facing and business development experience
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
- Have worked with creative solutions/players (creator agencies, creative production, creative tools)
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with peers and managers, both internally and externally
- Quantitative/analytical experience
- Experience working as part of an international team
- Strong product acumen
- Experience presenting to internal and external audiences at all levels of seniority
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required
