We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our product development efforts for our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services. The Product Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective product strategies to increase brand awareness, drive sales and generate leads for the company.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective product strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales

Develop and execute product roadmaps and launch plans

Research and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for product development

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and deliver sales presentations and other marketing materials

Work closely with the development team to ensure that products are developed on time and within budget

Monitor and report on product performance and metrics to senior management

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a product management role

Experience in the BPO industry is a plus but not required

Strong leadership and management skills

Strong communication and project management skills

Proven track record of developing and executing effective product strategies

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Pay: From $3,500,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Guadalajara, Jal.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
