As an Associate Product Manager for the Automations and Forecasting team, you will be responsible for enabling convenient services, data products and data platforms for many stakeholders, preventing losses coming from different verticals; with a deep focus on looking for a efficent balance of the supply and demand of the whole company.

With your Product management skills, you will be responsible for defining the quarterly strategy for your squad and translating it into a clearly defined and executable product roadmap. Tasks will include ensuring the team follows a proper product discovery process, managing the delivery of the product to our stakeholders and acting as the internal leader of the product within Rappi.

In addition to your team’s specific accountabilities, you will play an important role in building the Tech behind the Automations and Forecasting team which are critical for the day-to-day operation of the company. Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de:
- Understand the Rappi ecosystem and propose challenges for improvements everyday- Support and add insights for short term definition of the quarterly product strategy and make sure your team believes in it to get things done.- Ensure the team follows a proper product discovery process, including quantitative and qualitative user research and industry benchmarking.- Own the execution of the product roadmap with your engineering and design teammates.- Support measurement frameworks implementations (eg. A/B testing, product analytics, statistical significance) to determine the success of your team’s work.- Provide insights and support strong “go-to-market” strategies with operations teams to ensure our product has the maximum impact in the real world.- Be proactive to find problems and solutions by being analytical and running self made analysis.- Run weekly processes of the product operation prior to their full automation.- Connect with the users of the product on a weekly basis and make sure it is having a positive impact for the company.- Align and set proper expectations doing a class A stakeholder management- Innovate proposing improvements and no exitate to take risks- Pragmatic and organized to manage product delivery, issues and capabilities

Bien y ahora, ¿Cuáles son los requisitos para que yo sea parte de este universo de neón?- 1+ or more years of experience on Product management and/or Operations Management- 1+ or more years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, design and user research teams- 1+ or more years of experience working with data analytics processes.- Experience presenting to senior executive audiences- Experience with data-centric products and/or managing data-driven services- Experience with SQL and Google Analytics- Experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies- Experience on tech products, platform/ecosystem products, or marketplaces- Detail-oriented: You think critically about challenges and design efficient and effective solutions.- Proactive: You act without being told what to do. You bring new ideas to the company each and every day.- Experience working within Data, ML & AI engineering teams is a plus.- Experience building internal tools or product tools is a plus.- Experience with Python is a plus.- Experience writing technical documentation such as guidelines, policies and training material is a plus.- Experience navigating through the product life-cycle is a plus (integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization, and pre/post-launch execution)
