NielsenIQ (NIQ) is looking for a Contract Analyst to join the Contract Management team. This team supports
our North America business and is part of an overall global Contracts team. This role will focus on US clients
but there is opportunity to expand scope in the future. This is a fast paced, high volume, high performing team
that works cross functionally across the organization (including working directly with Sales, Finance, Pricing,
Legal) and leads the creation, modification, and finalization of sell side licensing agreements for our clients.
This position is high visibility as it is critical to revenue recognition and works with associates at all levels of the
business.

NIQ is in the process of implementing the Conga Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system to automate
the contract lifecycle, streamline approval processes, create clause libraries and create a contract repository
that will provide key data and analytics to support critical business decisions and processes. As the CLM
system automates much of the current manual effort, we expect the team’s focus to pivot on becoming expert
coaches to NIQ associates on contract related matters. NIQ is looking for an associate who is passionate
about commercial contracts and wants to grow with and help NIQ as we elevate our contract management
skills and practices.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Draft, review, and release contracts and amendments that are in compliance with company guidelines
- Draft accurate, concise and consistent contract terms
- Devise logical approaches and suggestions to address complex contractual issues
- Ensure the contract incorporates all authorized specifications and terms
- Document and archive required backup materials
- Support the Sales team during the contract strategy and negotiation process
- With assistance, effectively manage and prioritize assigned workload
- Work collaboratively with other Contract Management team members
- Work cross-functionally and collaborate with other functions such as Sales, Legal, Audit, IT, Billing,
- Finance, Security, etc. to ensure contract terms meet their requirements
- Exercise judgment in handling exceptions to standard procedures
- Enter mandatory data to the contract database and other trackers
- Upon availability, learn Conga CLM system and use it effectively
