A Day in the LifeThe Contract Analyst supports the sales organization by managing contracts, budgeting, and quota processes, ensuring data accuracy and providing analytical insights to drive performance. Responsibilities include administering contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and customer requirements. The role also involves maintaining accurate contract records and reports, conducting statistical analyses, and developing sales reports to align territorial goals with profit plans. Serving as a bridge between sales, marketing, and data systems, the analyst facilitates smooth communication and reliable information flow.

This position is remote and based in Bogotá.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Provide administrative and analytical support for sales operations, including problem solving and resolution finding with Price Audits and customer inquiries
  • Maintains contract and compliance administration in support of our pricing and contracts portfolios
  • Conduct statistical analysis on sales data to ensure accurate reporting and support growth objectives
  • Instructs sales, marketing, finance, and other cross-functional departments in accessing relevant contract portfolio analytics.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and information systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across platforms
  • Assist in the creation of additional ad-hoc reporting for audit, analysis, & executive dashboards

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Finance, Industrial Engineering or related field
  • Minimum one year of experience in sales operations or related roles
  • Knowledge in CRM or ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP, Oracle or similar) is advantageous
  • Intermediate Excel
  • Fluent in English B2/C1
