Role Overview:
We're searching for an experienced **Senior Social Media Marketing Manager** to lead and scale our **organic growth strategy**. This role is all about building authentic digital relationships that drive conversions, brand visibility, and engagement across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build relationships with **influencers, coaches, and aligned brands** to drive collaboration and exposure
- Engage with customers and target audiences across **YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, and X**:

- Execute and refine **organic outreach strategies** proven to generate leads and conversions
- Lead **content strategy and calendar management** for all social platforms
- Analyze performance metrics to continuously optimize efforts

**Requirements**:

- **5+ years** of senior-level social media experience across all listed platforms
- Demonstrated success with **influencer/brand outreach** and high-performing campaigns
- Fluent in **English** with **mínimal accent** and strong communication skills
- Passionate about helping entrepreneurs and startups succeed

Compensation:

- **Base Salary**: MXN $240,000-$360,000 per year
- **Bonus Structure**:Highly competitive commission plan** tied to growth performance
