They work with prominent brands such as Danone, L'Oréal, Disney, Unilever, and Nestlé. Mission We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team. As a key leader in the social media space, you will lead innovative content strategy , collaborating with creatives and strategists to develop impactful concepts. You will stay ahead of trends, adapt to audience behavior, and turn insights into compelling content ideas. Your role ensures successful project execution, client management, and effective team collaboration.Requirements What you will do: Strategic content planning for social media.Organization and scheduling of content by channel and objective.Mastery of social media management platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout, Later, etc.).Coordination of creative teams (copy, design, CM).Metric analysis and tracking of key KPIs.Knowledge of audiences, formats, and algorithms by platform.Community management and engagement monitoringRequirements Previous experience 2 -5 years en Social MediaCreate and organize the monthly editorial calendar for each social network.Coordinate execution with designers, editors, and community managers.Oversee the correct publication of content and ensure its quality.Manage social profiles, schedule posts, and review insights.Propose improvements based on results and audience behavior.Generate performance reports and optimization recommendations.Ensure alignment with brand objectives and active campaignsBenefits
