**Job Description Summary**: Finance Leader for 3x direct countries (Peru, Colombia, Puerto Rico) in Latin America region for GE HealthCare, overseeing whole Franchise P&L.

**What you’ll do**
- Responsible for $100M P&L and oversight of 3x legal entities including financial aspects (Commercial Finance, Controllership, FX and cash management).
- Business partner to country general managers and overall region leader
- Co-design and implement country go to market strategy and optimization
- Improve cash flow management including credit support and DSO optimization
- Critical leadership position as part of cross-functional leadership team in region
**What you need to have**
- Significant experience in the Finance & Functional Management.
- Master's degree
- Fluent English
**What would be nice if you had it**
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
