**Job Summary**:
Responsible for managing all commissions processes of Zimmer Biomet, as well as, supporting the reporting process for the division.

**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Guarantee that commission calculations and processes outputs provided by GBS Commissions team are accurate, delivered on time, and complies with corporate requirements and policies.
- Review commissions calculations for reasonableness and completeness.
- Approve commissions calculations and payments within the delegation granted for his role.
- Support quarterly and annual Bonus Payouts
- Identify and take ownership of commissions issues as they arise and guide the team to solve them according to corporate requirements and policies.
- Identify risks and opportunities of commissions process.
- Communicate, propose, and take action to mitigate risks.
- Design and establish plans to capture the benefits of the opportunities through continuous improvement processes.
- Attending internal or external audits, providing solutions to the outcomes according to company policies.
- Establish and execute a business continuity plan, following the guidelines, best practices and policies defined by the company
- Assist in the development of necessary Commissions reports to satisfy the Company’s internal and external reporting requirements,
- Supports management and provides compliance and accuracy in consistent reporting that is used on a regular management basis across the business.
- Helps to develop and report upon key financial metrics and assists in assessing the current results of commissions.
- Special financial projects and analysis as assigned.
- Ability to lead a team and work independently in a timely and accurate manner.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Must understand P&L, discounted cash flow analysis, ROI, payback, etc.
- Need an excellent understanding of accounting within a global organization.
- Must be able to effectively use standard desktop software (Excel, PowerPoint, databases, etc.) as well as fully integrated ERP systems (examples include SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle).

- Must be able to effectively communicate with a diverse group including the Global Finance organization, Senior Management outside of the Finance function, and the Executive Management group.

- Must be able to make concise, effective, and professional presentations to senior management.
- Must be able to quickly analyze issues, determine what other persons or groups are needed to address the issue, and take necessary steps to assemble the group to drive resolution.
- Must be willing to take an active role in mentoring and developing staff.
- Must understand culture differences within a global company and be able to effectively communicate and work with those globally.

**Education/Experience Requirements**:

- S. degree in finance or accounting, MBA is preferred.
- 6-8 years of experience in accounting/finance/commissions or 5-7 years of experience with successful graduation from the ZB Finance Development Program and strong performance required.
- Experience managing and developing a staff of finance professionals is required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- CPA or CMA is preferred.
