**Descripción**:
En NGDS, buscamos profesionales apasionados por la innovación y la mejora continua para unirse a nuestro equipo de transformación digital. Su misión será diseñar, desarrollar, implementar y mantener soluciones de automatización de procesos utilizando herramientas como UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism y Power Automate.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Identificar oportunidades de automatización en procesos críticos.
- Desarrollar y configurar robots de automatización.
- Realizar pruebas exhaustivas y optimizar robots existentes.
- Documentar procesos automatizados y capacitar a usuarios internos.
- Proponer nuevas soluciones y mejoras a los procesos.
- Participar en proyectos de automatización a gran escala.

**Requisitos**:

- Educación: Ingeniería de Sistemas o carreras afines.
- Experiência: De 1 a 3 años en RPA.
- Idiomas: Inglés intermedio a avanzado.

**Requisitos**:
Funciones Esenciales
- Desarrollo y configuración de robots utilizando herramientas RPA.
- Mantenimiento y optimización de soluciones automatizadas.
- Documentación de procesos y capacitación a usuarios.

Competencias Técnicas
- Lenguajes de programación: C#,.NET, Python.
- Herramientas de RPA: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism.
- Conocimiento intermedio de SQL y MySQL.

Competencias Personales
- Pensamiento analítico y gestión del tiempo.
- Comunicación efectiva y autonomía.

Requisitos del Puesto:

- Certificaciones en RPA (deseable).
- Aporte en mejora de procesos críticos.
