About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Software Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions that support our clients’ operational needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable and effective Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

-Design, develop, and implement Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and other Salesforce technologies.

-Customize and configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and automation processes.

-Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, and third-party apps.

-Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring high system reliability and performance.

-Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

-Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce environments based on evolving business needs.

-Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, code standards, and data security guidelines.

-Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

-6+ years of experience developing in Salesforce environments.

-Strong proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
