**The Role**
The Deal Acquisition Manager is a pivotal role responsible for spearheading and executing strategies to source and acquire new property leads, primarily through text messaging, cold calling and relationship-building with house owners. They will proactively reach out to house owners to persuade them to sell their properties, making it vital for them to craft compelling pitches and maintain positive relationships.

**Must Have Skills**
- Excellent ENGLISH Communication Skills
- The ability to convey ideas, value propositions, and information clearly and persuasively over the phone or through text.
- The art of active listening to understand potential leads and their reservations or concerns.
**Sales Acumen**
- A good understanding of sales techniques, especially pertaining to cold calls and objection handling.
- The ability to identify and pursue potential leads and opportunities.
**Data Management Skills**
- Proficiency in sourcing, organizing, and managing data effectively.
- Familiarity with tools and techniques for data scraping and extraction.
**CRM Expertise**
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Ability to manage, input, and track leads and communications in a CRM system.
- Tech-Savviness
- Comfort with various digital tools, including Excel, for analytics, communication, and task management.
**Adaptability & Quick Learning**
- The willingness and ability to rapidly understand, adapt to, and implement new processes, scripts, and strategies.

- Base Salary: $500 - $1,000 USD/month. (Depending on your experience)
- Performance Royalty: $1,000-$2,000 for each property gem you help us acquire.
